As an intermediate lifter (around 3 years of consistent lifting while taking pre workout), I would say this is the best pre workout I've used so far. There's enough caffeine for a moderate stim pre workout, and there isn't much of a crash afterwards. The flavors are the best of any pre workout I've tried and it's reasonably cheap. Great product, just bought like my 6th tub from them. 👍

My spouse approves of this electrolyte mix. He was drinking LMNT before this, which were freebies that we found out are hellaciously expensive. This product isn't the same, but was recommended as similar to that brand. This one isn't as high quality, but it gets him drinking more water and he's lost a ton of weight in the process.
